"Franklin and his team have been our insurance agency for 12+ years. They handle our Auto and all of our real estate insurance regardless if it’s personal or investment property. "Alexis has been super helpful and patient with all of our questions as we have moved into the area from out of state. She helped us set up the homeowners insurance and explained all about how the wind and hail coverage/policy works here (we came from a state that didn’t have that). She has given us information about getting our new NC license and transferring the car insurance and getting tags. We’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years in another state and never moved outside the state before so it was important to find an agency that would focus on customer service! This agency has done that and every time I called or stopped by everyone has been super helpful and so nice!😊"

"What else could you ask for? I was notified by my prior insurance carrier that my rates were going up, so I called Franklin. Within the day I already had a new quote, upgraded services in a few areas and STILL saved a ton by switching. So far, the customer service has been much better and I'm saving money...highly recommended."
